Giuseppe was born in Sicily and immigrated to the United States with his mother at the age of 13. At a very early age, Giuseppe had a great interest in learning the food service business and worked with his brothers, who allowed him to work in restaurants they owned and operated. It was during this time that Giuseppe developed a passion for the business and desire for preparing world class food. Opening and making his mark at a handful of restaurants throughout the East Coast and Southern California, Chef Giuseppe left a trail of admirers all the way to the Temecula Valley, most recently at Crivello Ristorante Italiano in Wildomar. With the opening of his restaurant concept, Raviolis Italian Bistro, Chef Giuseppe incorporates a gem of flavor and innovative dishes, with a new flare on Italian Cuisine. The highlight, of course: RAVIOLIS made fresh and filled with a variety of ingredients sure to make his new venture the hottest spot for Italian Cuisine outside of the Old Country. |
